Appointments can be booked through our website contact form, by phone at +443030257703, or via email at [email protected]. All bookings are subject to confirmation by our team.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies by service type:
Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of service before or immediately after service completion. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or major credit/debit cards. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in refusal of service and forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations made with appropriate notice will forfeit the deposit but may be applied to a future booking within 6 months.
Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a £25 administrative fee. We reserve the right to refuse repeated rescheduling requests.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule at your convenience or provide a full refund including deposit.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to avoid delays for subsequent clients. No refunds will be provided for shortened services due to late arrival.
Clients are responsible for arriving with clean, moisturized skin. Failure to properly prepare skin may affect service results and service time. We recommend following our pre-appointment skincare guidelines provided upon booking.
You must inform us of any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before your appointment. While we use professional-grade, high-quality products, we cannot guarantee against allergic reactions. We recommend scheduling a patch test for bridal services at least two weeks before your wedding.
Please inform us of any relevant health conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, or medications that might affect makeup application. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may negatively impact your health or wellbeing.

We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. By booking our services, you consent to photography unless you explicitly opt out in writing. You may request that your identity not be disclosed in marketing materials.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Meadow Linen Crest and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
While we strive for excellence in all services, makeup artistry involves subjective preferences. We cannot guarantee that results will exactly match your expectations or reference images. We will work with you to achieve your desired look within reasonable parameters.
We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin irritation unless caused by gross negligence on our part. Clients are responsible for disclosing known allergies and sensitivities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, pandemics, government regulations, or transportation disruptions.
